Community Support

Community Support is an intensive Case Management service aimed at helping adults recover from mental health challenges. Typically this is accomplished by meeting in a community setting with a Case Manager who helps with setting goals, finding resources and navigating the various systems (health, income, housing, etc.) in a person’s life.

Who is eligible to apply for Community Support
at Toronto North Support Services?

To apply for this service you must be:

  • 16 years of age or older, and
  • Living in the area bounded by Steeles Avenue, the Humber River, Eglinton Avenue and Victoria Park Avenue, and
  • Experiencing mental health issues that seriously impact your life
