Enjoy a relaxing, gentle and all levels yoga class followed with a simple meditation for deep relaxation.

In this class we will utilize simple breathing techniques designed to bring more awareness to how we are breathing and to increase the quality and depth of our breath. During this practice we will connect conscious breath with slow, fluid movements meant to increase mobility, release tension and help create an over all sense of calm and well-being.
